Nourishing and tasty home cooked food at Spiros Family Taverna in Agia Efimia.

Spiros has been welcoming and looking after visitors to Agia Efimia for many years. The location for his original Taverna was on the other side of the harbour. However, it soon became necessary for Spiros to move to larger premises to accommodate the large numbers of guests who regularly frequented his Taverna.

The new location, opposite the quayside, provides plenty of space for dining in comfort as well as an area for the live band and dancing every Saturday night.

Spiros has installed a very efficient automatic "water cooling system" for those balmy days and nights during July and August, ensuring that guests at his Taverna remain comfortable whatever the temperatures!!

The popular Spiros Family Taverna is located opposite the quayside in Agia Efimia.

We are open from early in the morning (during the summer season) until the last diners wish to retire at night, or early the next morning!

Spiros Family Taverna offers an extensive menu incorporating authentic Greek Cuisine as well as international fayre and also offers a good selection of wines to complement your meal..

Saturday night at Spiros is MUSIC NIGHT - a very popular event and it's always wise to book a table to avoid disappointment.

From about 8.30pm onwards there is live bouzouki music, you can join in with singing (if you don't know the words you can always make up your own!!), impromptu dancing and a lively atmosphere. There is no entrance fee or set meal so you are able to choose from the extensive menu selection which is always available at Spiros Taverna.
