Pergolas Village Taverna, a traditional family run Greek Taverna located within Agia Efimia, a few meters beyond the Dive School, and just a couple of minutes stroll from the harbour front of the picturesque village.

The owner and chef at Pergolas Taverna is "Ilias", a trained chef who perfected his skills of creating mouthwatering dishes, both local Greek cuisine and international recipes, on the cruise liners where he worked for many years prior to owning his own Taverna in Agia Efimia with his wife, Stella.

Offering a tempting selection of daily specials such as roast lamb on the spit, seafood pasta, Yemista (stuffed tomatoes and peppers), pork or chicken kebab with tzatziki and salad, as well as the original menu which includes grilled steaks, fish, salads and an excellent assortment of starters, Pergolas Village Taverna is a favourite dining spot for many regular visitors as well as the local Greek community.
